I have been thoroughly impressed with my past purchases and the customer service, but this time everything felt a little “eh.” The earrings are beautiful from afar, but up close, one of the edges is crooked and raw whilst the edge of the other seems to be perfect… the posts are also very VERY malleable. Every time I put the earrings in/place the backs, the posts bend. Realistically there are worse things in the world….. but for $45 plus shipping I expected much more. I wish returns were accepted.

The posts are malleable because of the gold being such a soft material. We could definitely put silver posts on to make them a bit sturdier.
