We do not offer returns at this time, only store credit. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For sanitation reasons, all earrings are final sale. No returns/refunds will be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on wire wrapped rings if there is an error in the size ordered. All of our rings are made to order just for you, therefore we cannot except returns/exchanges. Please make sure you choose the right size before you add the ring to your cart, as that is the size you will be mailed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All exchanges are subject to a $10 exchange fee to cover shipping and processing. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If your piece has broken outside of our warranty period, we charge a flat-rate repair fee of ~$20 per-piece (includes shipping). Item must be received within 5 business days of the repair being processed, or we reserve the right to cancel the repair.
Due to current order volume, your repair could take up to 2 weeks to process.
