We do not offer returns at this time, only store credit. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
All earrings are final sale for sanitation reasons.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item or returning for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All exchanges are subject to a $10 exchange fee to cover shipping and processing. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on wire wrapped rings if there is an error in the size ordered. All of our rings are made to order just for you, therefore we cannot except returns/exchanges. Please make sure you choose the right size before you add the ring to your cart, as that is the size you will be mailed.
We have a 10 day warranty. If 10 days have gone by since you received your order, we are not responsible for damages.
