We do not offer returns at this time, only store credit or exchanges. Requests for store credit must be made within 10 days of your order being delivered. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

All earrings are final sale for sanitation reasons. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All exchanges are subject to a $10 exchange fee to cover shipping and processing. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Oh no! Hey, we get it. Life happens. We will be happy to repair your item within 10 days of your original purchase with proof of purchase.

If your piece has broken outside of our warranty period, we charge a flat-rate repair fee of ~$20 per-piece (includes shipping). Item must be received within 5 business days of the repair being processed, or we reserve the right to cancel the repair.

Due to current order volume, your repair could take up to 2 weeks to process.
