Shipping policy

Bijoux proudly offers FREE USPS shipping on orders over $100. 

Because all Bijoux is made-to-order, orders will ship within 10-15 business days.

Please note - once your package leaves my hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS). If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering the lost package.

We are now offering an optional third-party shipping insurance on all orders. This is a completely voluntary service, ranging from a few cents to a few dollars, depending on cart size. If there is an issue with the shipment or delivery of your  order, and you opted-in to the Route Package Protection, Route will assist you in getting your order replaced or refunded. If you opted out of Route Package Protection, then there is nothing that we can do.
